4Deposit & Withdrawal

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if odds change after confirmation in the case of in-play betting.
• If a match is cancelled or interrupted before completion, bets may be voided or settled based on partial results in accordance with the relevant sport's policy.
• Oyen88 reserves the right to void or re-confirm bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error or that do not reflect the actual market.
• Bets placed on matches whose outcomes were already known to the member before the odds were updated (late betting) may be voided.
• All bet types — including single bets, multiples (parlays), handicap, and over/under — are subject to the specific market rules stated on the platform.

Official results issued by the relevant governing body of the sports or esports event are final for the purposes of bet settlement at Oyen88.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, Oyen88 reserves the right to hold account funds pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance — after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement — will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

9Liability Limits
